Attorney Winter Quinn

Winter Quinn was raised in North Kohala. After high school, she left the Big Island to attend the University of California, Santa Barbara, majoring in Spanish. To fulfill a life-long goal of multilingualism, she spent a summer in Venezuela and a senior year abroad in Barcelona, Spain where she received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature and Linguistics.

She graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2018 and joined the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel in Honolulu, practicing Employment Law/Personnel Litigation. There she gained crucial experience in administrative law and civil rights and anti-discrimination litigation. Upon moving back to the Big Island in 2023 she began working with Margaret Wille & Associates.

Winter’s diverse background has allowed her to bring a unique perspective and relatability to the practice of law.
